Though fast paced, often difficult, the feeling of accomplishment working with a great crew made it fun and rewarding. Fortunate enough to have a very talented, hard working crew that could laugh and work through often tough situations.

Often the hardest part of the job involved dealing with not having supplies needed to complete jobs.

Not really what I was expecting, I expected a path from Contractor to full time employee, this does not exist at GE.

high stress and dangerous mentally and physically, enviroment, manipulative and unethical. some employees were ok most were hostile cause i was not related to anyone. paycheck were good

GE is one of the best working environments I have worked with. There is a lot to learn each and every day, new opportunities and challenges you face everyday.
Sometimes you get success in those challenges and sometimes you fail to achieve the task for the day but everything is possible with very co-operative management and co-workers. GE environments – more... is so friendly everyone work as a good team to achieve a goal. GE also provides job security and a chance to move forward in your career and life.
Hardest part for me in GE was to leave GE and move into different country.

Safe workplace and love learning new things,in working with my co- worker.

Very poor management created a culture of distrust and backstabbing. Too much red tape to get much done. Overall, very poor experience.

horrible team work. with out team work in a factory setting the company loses out on money and opportunities with customers.
