Good caliber of people, management a bit slow to change, reactive not proactive, interesting work but too much politics (any large corporate environment), promotions more likely to be based on who you know NOT what you know.

I had the job of doing the GM Family First Loans for the GM Employees and the Automobile Dealers. I did most of the Dealer Principals and upper Management. All of the GMAC Financials Mortgages. I had worked in the Automobile Dealerships for 35 years as a Finance & Insurance Manager
