GRB Environmental Services, Inc. is pursuing an Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) contract to provide BRAC IRP and MMRP Technical Support at Air Force Installations. GRB is seeking 3 engineers

Services to be provided include the following: Management support of the AFCEC/CIB Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) with disciplines consistent with AFCEC/CIB roles and responsibilities. Such services shall include assistance to base BRAC Environmental Coordinators (BECs) efforts including documenting site status including closures, assistance with submittal development, and project monitoring, assistance to the AFCEC/CIBMMRP such as review and preparation of responses to headquarters taskers, summary reports as to BRAC program status and similar requirements, and AFCEC/CZRB support such as comments on program deliverables provided by other contractors. The Engineers shall perform support tasks that require knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statutes, Air Force, BRAC, and DOD regulations and other documentation. In addition, the Engineers shall ensure quality assurance of its products and services, and provide specialized expertise and recommendations in specific subject areas. Further, services require that the Engineers shall assist AFCEC by providing logistical and organizational support.

Qualifications - Personnel supporting AFCEC/CIB and AFCEC/CZRB MMRP program shall have BRAC MMRP management, BRAC property transfer, BRAC programming, and BRAC management experience and be very familiar with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Support personnel are expected to have more than 15 years relevant experience of which at least three years should be specific to BRAC Military Munitions Response Program support. Experience with AFCEC Management, Execution and Tracking System (MXT); AFCEC/CIB/Integrated Information Tool (IIT); RACER; and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is a strong plus.

An engineering degree is required for each position, PE preferred.
