We are offering an exciting opportunity for a unique, self-directed, high achieving individual who is capable of managing, planning, developing, and implementing the sales, marketing, and educational activities to maximize market penetration and sales.
As a Surgical Sales Rep you would be responsible for selling to existing hospitals and surgical clinics within the assigned territory. This requires a number of capabilities including expert-level knowledge in the use of surgical procedures, the ability to build a team of advocates within each hospital, strong solution selling skills, and enough tenacity to insure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis. As Surgical Sales Rep you are expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information gathering and presenting to buying teams throughout the medical capital equipment purchasing process.
We are seeking someone who possesses outstanding interpersonal and client service skills and can learn the clinical challenges of spine surgery.
- Spine scrub tech, or medical sales/pharmaceutical associate work experience.
- Science and Biology background is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales. Any direct spine clinical experience is a ++++
We offer a competitive compensation structure, starting at 45K with a growth up to 200K, potential compensation increase during the 2nd and 3rd year.
