TITLE: Media Sales Account Executive
GS Media & Event’s Account Executive is responsible for growing revenue through the advertising and sponsorship sales of our publications, online media, and shows to clients and prospects within a specific territory.

The account executive position will start out with specific territory for the trade media business. We will provide in-depth training, tools and support to help you be successful in your new role. - Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast
- Fearless cold-calling and business development skills
- High-energy, strong work ethic, can-do attitude
- Responsible for achieving individual sales revenue goals
- Demonstrates ability to drive sales through building relationship with prospects and clients.
- Illustrates strong technical capabilities (computer knowledge, billing systems, databases)
- Work with Group Publisher on developing sales strategies and prospect lists
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Understand the value of GS Media & Event’s products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate GS Media & Event’s benefits in a manner meaningful to the customer
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and maintain high client retention through strong follow-up and care of your accounts
- Direct sales experience a plus
- Previous experience in RV, marine or powersports field OR media/exhibit sales a plus
- Team player
- Strong time management, communications and organizational skill a must
- College degree strongly preferred
