Our leadership team consists of former utility executives experienced in engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of natural gas pipeline and electric transmission & distribution systems.
We are seeking a customer service superstar with at least 5 years experience dealing with difficult customers. Banking or out-bound call center experience is required. The Customer Service Administrator will be contacting customers to schedule onsite visits by, coordinating client and customer availability. Advance mailings and follow up phone calls will be required for every customer. General administrative tasks will be assigned as needed.
GTS will not pay for relocation from out of state therefore, priority will be given to in state candidates.
Requires Associate’s degree and a minimum of 5 years customer service experience

- 10% travel time is expected
$14.00 - $16.00 an hour depending on experience. Compensation will consist of base salary, retirement package (Safe Harbor 401k and profit sharing), comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, vacation, sick pay and paid holidays.
