Job Responsibilites:

Meet and greet Customers in a professional manner

Communicate with callers in a professional,friendly and efficient manner

Operate switchboard telephone system

Take thorough messages

Provide information to callers who have general inquires

Assist with filing duties and other admin tasks as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
