Primary Responsibilities
Payroll
Coordinate and process semi-monthly payroll
Track and report sales commissions
File monthly/quarterly/annual tax reports for multiple states
Administer TimeOff system

Benefits Administration
Serve as employee resource expert/liaison for benefits questions and education
Process employee benefit applications to carriers/providers
Review monthly invoices to ensure proper coverage levels and employee payroll deductions

Accounting Support
We don't quite have a full-time need for Payroll/Benefits yet, so to fill in the gaps you will likely help in some other areas, such as...
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Customer Invoicing

Qualifications
Strong computer skills (Office, QuickBooks)
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience administering payroll
Associates degree preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
