Very welcoming and worked as a team.
Most of my jobs required working in the field and at the office. My work in the field required therapeutic home visits. The case manager or social worker in charge of the homes worked closely with me to assist children and families. The workers were very welcoming and continued to be that way over time. I have kept in touch with some fellow co-workers
– more... that I met throughout my career. The hardest part of the job was the driving of which was the majority of my day and did not include my travel time to my home. However, my bosses worked hard to assign me with clients that were within driving distance from my home. The most enjoyable part of the jobs was that all of the workers were working toward the same goals for our clients. – less
