Its activities are carried out through two main segments: physical security and other, which include security guard services, airport pre-board screening services, consulting and investigation/global risk services, enterprise intelligence services and other, and cash logistics, which include armored transportation services, deposit processing, cash vault, in-store/cash control systems and automated teller machines services. In February 2007, it acquired GSS Global. In April 2007, it acquired ATI Systems International, Inc.
