We are seeking a personable, kind, compassionate head receptionist. To fill this job you must have at least 2 years customer service experience AND experience as a Veterinary Hospital receptionist. You must be able to train the team on customer service as well as veterinary hospital protocol and medications and keep it fun, wear a smile as part of your uniform and think outside the box. Multi-tasking, multi-phone lines, computer savvy also necessary. The most important thing is that you are a kind hearted individual with both the clients and patients, but to the staff as well.
