Truck Driver Class A, Manteca, CA - May 31, 2017
Upon being hired, I was not aware I would not be offered any merit raises even after almost two years. My medical insurance is quite costly but not a very good plan and constant issues regarding many many billing related costs. However, coworkers are friendly and the majority of the dispatchers are very professional . As a driver you have the opportunity to make good money IF you run 75 + hours. That is a bit too much it drains you and depletes you of energy for the family. The equipment is very decent ,but the shops are over burdened and many concerns get over looked due to the lack of pre release inspections.
