Have initiative? Leave that at home. While most employers value that quality in their employees, it is frowned upon to try and advance within the company. Not that you can since there is nowhere to advance. (Try and you're guaranteed to be fired.) It's best not to show initiative in your position either as you will be spoon fed your responses. You may not agree with them, if you have any morals or ethics, but say anything about it and you will be job hunting once again.
Either don't have an opinion, or keep it to yourself. They're looking for robots, not people.
Do not let the title of this "job posting" fool you. You will be expected to perform any and every job they have, but don't learn too much or they become paranoid and you'll be out in no time.
Do not speak to another coworker about anything not 100% job related. Almost instant ticket out the door.
Working for this company was one of the biggest mistakes I've made. I'm merely trying to save you the trouble of being hired and fired in a day or a week or a few months. Rarely does anyone even last that long. You'll either quit, for your own sanity, or be fired for a fabricated or completely nonexistent reason.
Pay does not reflect the amount of work expected of you and there are basically no benefits offered. It is mandatory to take not only the holiday off but the day(s) before and after as well. Unpaid of course. Zero vacation time until you've worked there for over a year.
