Our Mission: PRB is dedicated to building tangible value for our shareholders through the production and development of oil and gas reserves, as well as construction and operation of natural gas gathering and processing facilities.
PRB, headquartered in Denver, CO, began operations in January 2004. The Company went public in April of 2005 and began – more... a drilling program to develop coal bed methane production and reserves in a joint venture with Enterra Energy subsidiary, Rocky Mountain Gas.
