It is union based. The employees are hard to talk to and unresponsive at times yet they get the work done. We are located around the world and service all guest and customers with the finest catering experience possible.

Company Culture is Asian, Somoan, Filipino-heavy, Mexican, an a few Blacks. Not a good company to work for longterm. They work you non-stop, no breaks, it sucks!
