Fast paced with no training program for new guys
Diesel Mechanic (Former Employee) –  Collinsville, ILJanuary 21, 2018
Office workers are over worked, always adding more tasks on to them. Upper management is good. If someone complains enough, they get what they want regardless of what it is. Gateway is very discriminatory against employees if they are not " one of the boys". I would not recommend working here
Pros
If you complain enough, you get what u want
Cons
Poor lower management...just ask around
