At GBS I work at three locations, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale. I love my coworkers and I have learned so many things about orthodontics. I schedule appointments and check patients in & out. I set up events, make calls & emails to new patients and existing. I love my job but the commute is 45-70 mins one way-I would prefer something closer to my home!

Typical day at work in GBS Group was coming in and crushing number in the Auto-cad world, sitting to up 8 hour day in and day out, there was free coffee and a luncheon every month. Over all everyone was friendly and a team player.

Must be in the office everyday to make your own appointments, Then you run your own appointments setting a follow up evaluation appointment to evaluate the facility, then build proposal and present it. Learned a lot about the facilities side of the business and taking care of interior assets.

My coworkers were great, the customers were great. It was the management structure that sucked. The whole procedure was not streamlined. too many roadblocks from start to completion. Half the day was spent running around trying to follow up onj work that should have been done.
