Great experience so far. The initial assessment test (math, personality, wpm) didn't take long. The El Paso recruiters were very nice and extremely helpful. My second interview was very informative, I was able to sit in and listen to live calls to get an idea of the position. Lastly, drug testing via swab, orientation followed by 2 weeks training.
