Its a nice company to work for good positive enviorment. The training definately prepares your for the work you will be doing and they ade training very interesting and fun to keep you interested in the company

The company is a good starting out job for young people. The management is caring and positive.

Would work eight hours a day. Learned to communicate well with others and give what the customer needed on time. Management always kept the place alive. TALK TO PEOPLE ON THE PHONE AND GOT TO COLLECT FROM THEM AND IF I COULDN'T COLLECT I GOT TO HEAR DIFFERNT TYPES OF STORIES ON WHY THEY COULDN'T PAY.

GC Services wasn't a horrible place to work but the pay was not worht the drive or the amount of work you were expected to complete. I loved the environment though, including the type of work that was getting done and the people that worked there. Management was awesome but sometimes it seemed as though noone was on the same page and you couldn't get – more... your questions answered. There were a lot of changes constantly being made so there was always a lot of training and confusion going on which made for a difficult day. However, I enjoyed the fact that I got to help with a lot of this training because I was a worker that caught on to things quicker than others. – less

my best job . i loved collections because i like to skiptrace find people and sometime when you find then they want to pay the debt

Responsible for: collecting monies, Advising customers on best steps to take for account to remain current; making settlement deals with seriously delinquent accounts to settle debts; complete and review all new training modules to enhance professional performance; comply with all lNAFTA laws and guidelines while efficiently completing job

The company was a great place to work. Everyone was responsible for their own work ethic, and was paid accordingly.

I took phone calls over the phone as a supervisor. Mainly escalated calls.
Then management was good
My coworkers were great
Hardest part was with irate customers

Gc services is ok for a job for now it has few things that work in your favor such as 401k and tuition reimbursment. Culture and Values of some management are not good. Its just a job like everywhere else use it to get to a good career

This is the most uncaring place I have ever worked. In bad weather they shut the blinds so the employee can not see the weather and get concerned about their children. Also filthy building and fillthy people. and the morale of the employees is enough to bring Mary Poppins down.
