Fast paced call center environment
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Houston, TX – April 10, 2013
A typical day at work is basically answering calls and assisting customers with their needs. Providing the best customer service experience is the goal of a CSR. My co-workers are very supportive and we all help each other throughout the day.

I would never go back there!
Mac Expert (Former Employee), Mesa, AZ – April 10, 2013
Pros: product knowledge
Cons: short breaks, no personal time off approved, horrible benefits, bad management
The company is shady! As a subcontractor doing computer sales for Apple, Inc, you would expect to be paid a little bit more than slightly above minimum wage. In a position where I alone was making the "Mother Company" more than $150K per month, a bonus or better insurance or a higher rate of pay would have been acceptable!

Fun environment to work in
Texas Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Copperas Cove – February 15, 2013
My day at work usually is exciting.I got to speak to customers, and feel happy that I made a difference in the situation at hand.I learned patience in working at GC SERVICES. The hardest part of the job was having to rush the customer off the phone when I felt the customer stil didn't understand what was needed.Management worked with all the employees – more... well. My co-workers were respectful to each other.I enjoyed having games being played to pass time and awards that were given out. – less

Productive workplace for mail handling and organizing for others.
Mailroom Clerk (Current Employee), Houston, TX – January 13, 2013
Cons: healthcare
Being busy from the time I clock in until I clock out. I've learn how to operate a Hasler mail machine for processing mail. I have very good communication with my co-workers. I think the hardest part of my job is waiting for the mail to be delivered. I mostly enjoy my job due to being able to help others when needed.

Overall duties
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee), Copperas, Cove TX – November 28, 2012
A typical day at work for me was not only taking everyday incoming calls in reference to electric bills, or going over a customers bill, but i also issued trouble tickets for power outages, took payments as well as set up payment arrangements. I also was a floorwalker and helped work in the nesting area to help assist new representatives.

CLICK TO CHAT EPAY REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee), Weldon Springs, MO – November 24, 2012
A typical day at work starts at 7am-3pm, I basically chat with Verizon Customers about payment arrangement, service restoral, anything dealing with payments and/or negotiations. My co-workers are cool. The hardest part of my job is not feeling fullfiled. I am a person that are used to doing multiple things at work, I'm used to managing and having responsibilities – more... that are very vital and important to the business, I am used to being able to take ownership. This is the worst part of my job and that is the redundancy. The most enjoyable part of my job is when we have pot lucks and cash incentivies. – less

Pros: great team work, excellent and caring management, bonuses
Cons: sometimes hard to satisfy customers
I learned about how deliquent payments work. I was taught strong customer service skills that helped me handle irrate customers. Management was awesome and always eager to help. Co-workers were awesome and made the work environment less stressful. The hardest part of the job was learning the systems but once learned became easier. The most enjoyable – more... part of the job was the work environment, very welcoming and family oreinted. – less
