GCI has provided or is currently providing OAR services as a Prime Consultant on several airside and landside projects at the Orlando International Airport (OIA), the Orlando Executive Airport (OEA). We have provided Maintenance Management Consultant (MMC) services and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services to the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority (OOCEA). GCI was also a sub-consultant on the Project Management Team for the Orange County Convention Center Project as well as on the Construction Management Team for the Orange County Corrections “Phase II” Expansion Project in Orlando, Florida.
As the Owner’s Representative, we have successfully completed more than 200 Facilities Improvement and Capital Program Projects at the Orlando International Airport (OIA) and the Orlando Executive Airport (OEA) over the past ten years. Also, we have been involved in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Bridge Scour Evaluation and Maintenance (Remediation) Program throughout the State of Florida for the last fifteen years and our experience and database would be a great asset for your roadway/bridge projects.
