TEAM LEAD /DESKTOP SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (Former Employee) – Cambridge, MA – June 16, 2017
IT department is expanding its capabilities and promising world class support. Management is demanding. Learning new skills was a challenge in the fast paced environment. Hardest part of the job was balancing thoroughness of work with quantity of work. Most enjoyable part was the employees who were also our customers.
Worker (Current Employee) – Google – August 1, 2017
This company relies on a revolving door of contract work. They dangle a "temp to hire" carrot, but never offer it. They let you go after six months even after eluding to a future offer only to pretend it was never offered. Then they add replacement contractors.
PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER (Former Employee) – Cambridge, MA – July 28, 2017
GCP does not have a proper on-boarding or training process for new employees so if you don't know the products your experience may not be the greatest. New products are thrown into the mix with minimal introduction.
Production Worker (Former Employee) – Mt. Pleasant, TN – April 7, 2017
Don't walk away run away from GCP. Wacko management. They like to hire through a temp agency and cut employees hours without warning. They make promises they don't keep. When they are running full force don't expect to ever see your family then boom they lay you off. They make rules as they go.
Great workers management team less than desireable
Confidental (Current Employee) – Cambridge, MA – February 10, 2017
Great people, new changes are great but need better leadership overall as they are not focused and condescending at times. The company is really trying to invest in technology and after being part of WR Grace is finally investing in the place.
Marketing Communications Specialist (Former Employee) – Cambridge, MA – July 14, 2016
It was truly a pleasure to work here for a year. All of the employees are incredibly nice and easy to work with. This was my first full-time job; this experience has built the foundation for my future career.
