A typical day at work is to run my daily reports for my manager to review and sign. Collect all billing that needs to be completed, complete, file and mail. Open the mail, do accounts receivable, answer any pending emails. Do National Account billing, do collections as needed. Answer the telephones and greet customer needs as they are directed to me. The hardest part of the job is that there is very little contact with the public other than via telephone or email.
