Geisinger Health Plan offers a Medication Management Therapy Program for applicable Gold members with Medicare prescription drug coverage. This educational program will focus on managing some key disease states, including hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure and dyslipidemia, and more specifically the medications used to treat these disease – more... states. Our goal is to assist Gold members with their sometimes complex medication regimens. Focus areas include correct usage of medications, avoiding interactions between multiple drugs and between drugs and certain conditions, nutrition and dietary supplements, and overall standard of care.
