With our continued growth, we are seeking Customer Service Representatives to add to the success of our company. Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative are to perform daily inside sales work answering phone calls, entering orders and providing technical advice on letter products. Position requires the ability to maintain exemplary customer service with a problem solving attitude.
Minimum qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position are, a high school diploma with a minimum of two years of post high school education or two years of experience in a sales or customer service environment. Preference is for the candidate to have a 2 or 4 year Associates or Bachelor's Degree which will allow for advancement opportunities.
Having above average skills in communication, interpersonal relationships and customer service will be a key to your success in the position.
