GIA is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst to join its HR Team! Under the direction of the Sr. Manager Global HCM Systems, this position is responsible for supporting the Global PeopleSoft HCM system.
Works with a highly motivated, dynamic, strong functional and technical development team supporting the PeopleSoft HCM modules (including, but not limited to Core HR, Self-Service/Manager Self-Service).
Works with a global delivery team, coordinating work efforts and ensuring project delivery dates are met on time and within budget.
Provides functional knowledge to the business and transforms business needs into detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Coordinates development efforts, quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
Ensures change control, standards and processes are adhered to.
Creates complex analytic queries.
Analyzes trends in key metrics.
Communicates effectively, gets along with coworkers and management, and deals with others effectively and professionally under pressure.
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) preferred, and 5 years of progressively responsible experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Minimum 5 years PeopleSoft HCM Global experience, preferable with strong functional experience in Core HR, Self-Service/Manager Self-Service, NA Payroll, Time and Labor, Base Benefits, Absence Management.
Ability to be flexible to work with ensured closure of tasks.
Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and an ability to make pragmatic and practical decisions without compromising the integrity of the system.
Ability to drill down, analyze and troubleshoot technical problems.
Ability to rapidly learn new technology.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal direction.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
