Genprobe was a great company with great benefits. Being a Biotech company, it was very interesting and coming from a Semiconductor company, learning about DNA test kits for STD's was exciting. I had a lot of responsibilities including being part of the call center. Having to answer numerous calls through out the day through the call center made it very difficult to concentrate on customer contracts and my territory customer account needs which was a large part of my daily responsibilities. I did a lot of overtime to keep up with all my responsibilities. Stressful job. I have found that in most jobs, there are the goal driven and high acheivers and then there are those that do their time and go home.
