There is a lot of public interaction as well as filing, faxing, research, copying, and phone activity. I thoroughly enjoyed the busy work and interaction with others. The environment was usually very calm and quiet. One will never understand the amount of paperwork one court employee may handle in a day without spending a day in the life. I can only tell you that it is a lot of paperwork but until you work there you will never get the true meaning of a lot. I learned the different forms and what they were for, some court procedures, and the differences in the positions of the employees there. I truly enjoyed and am so grateful for the experience that I received there. My co-workers were some awesome women and I will never forget any of them. I only wish I had kept in touch with them more then I did. The hardest part of this position is remembering all the different forms and their uses as well as which clerk is working in which court room. The most enjoyable for me was working with the team of women that I had the pleasure to work with.
