Pros: They have a good cafe
Cons: Hours are no longer flexible, benefits are no longer competitive, don't trust their "Ethics" speak
The first 4 years were pretty decent other than the fact that I was always traveling and didn't get much in the way of raises, or a promotion. But I did what I was hired to do and was left alone to get it done for the most part. I had oversight where I needed it and help to accomplish my goals. The remaining 4 years there were trash, they cut our benefits to the bone, lied to us, harassed us, changed policy every other day, so no one knew what was going on anywhere, I was doing the jobs of 3 people and getting paid less than when I started, and when I was Injured, I was threatened and harassed even more.
