Its hard to find a good Call Center that cares about you. A company that focuses on development, growth and the people. This is not that company. It did start out that way. But because of the company policies implements too quickly and the managements unapologetic mistakes, the focus on numbers and money overpowered people and how it would help them be comfortable. The only enjoyable thing about this company was the small bonus at the end of the year. The company attempts to be a good company but falls short because its too focus on the company being ahead of the people. The bonus provided is very difficult to achieve.
