My interview was fair. I was asked a good amount of clinical questions, showing that the focus truly is clinical. I was given a tour of the facility and had the opportunity to meet a few of the other therapists and the administrator. I was give the opportunity to ask all of my questions so that upon leaving I had a strong sense of what would be expected of me and what I could expect.

Interview process was ok. I would recommend interviewing with your discipline staff, not just the manager.
