Boundaryless & Collaborative Culture
Assistant Vice President (Current Employee) – Danbury, CT – March 16, 2016
The best thing about my role is that it requires me to be boundaryless & collaborative to be successful. There are ample number of tools, resources available to use and the culture focuses on networking & collaboration rather than working in silos.
One of the things that I have learnt in my career is that, to be successful its important to have an open mind to change & be agile during the change and in the last 15 years with Genpact I have had several such opportunities to either learn from or contribute to the change.
