The management team is fantastic. We all work really well together and try to achieve our client's metrics. We have a great group that is always willing to help each other out. The Richardson office is TERRIBLE! Mangers do not know how to manage from the senior level down. Employees quit every week, and they are not replacing anyone. Workload just keeps being passed along which is not a great situation for the borrowers. No overtime given to complete workload. Managers do not know the system on how to process yet they say – more... "its not rocket science". They do not listen to employee feedback. Their solution for any issues that you have is "find another place to work" due to that attitude the building is almost empty. Overall, its a mad house/city zoo. The issues that have gone on at Genpact I wouldn't have imagined unless I was actually there to witness it. Also, top manager will go to any length to provent you from finding another job. Due to this employees do not give two week notices,they just simply quit. Top manager even lies on employment verification to hender employees. Human Resource dept can bot be trusted he tells everyone's personal business. – less

A typical day at work was paying store bills from vendor invoices, answers incoming calls, Making out going calls, I used Word,Excel, and Access Doc. I was became a certified Auditor while I was there. I loved all my co-workers there. The hardest part was leaving as a Temp.

Genpact is a good place to start a career. There are a lot of valuable tools that you can learn from the organization.

It has been a great learning experience working all these years in this organization. The management, most often, have been very co-operative and have been a source of inspiration for learning and guidance. I really loved working with my peers.

I like the work environment of Genpact. Here there is no work load and even the bosses are not rude. We work like a family. But I want more responsibilities for knowing the end to end process. That's why I am looking for a change. But when the dead line of the project comes we have to stretch for more hours. But I am comfortable with it.

Nice place to work, but management and procedures are a little unorganized.

I work out of Blitz to review my pipeline, I use systems mortgage serv, looking glass, corona, eclipse, alley pulse. I calulate fees FHA, FHMA, conventional loan. Hasp, Harp loans. Uploaded documents requeted from customers that needing to complete file for closing. Upload into eclipse to get file complete ready to set for closing.
