I'm not optimistic about the future of Gensler. I feel like they need to downsize and work on their management in order to keep valued employees. Sadly, there's such a high turnover. It doesn't seem like this was or is a priority with them.

I would value people who want to work there. Mentorship especially in the early year of an architects career are crucial and with being such a huge firm, there should be something in place where that happens. There's too much emphasis on just getting the job done and production time and not enough time and energy spent on the cultivation of ideas and making projects that are innovative.
