What are they looking for. I have applied to this position, and I am over qualified but, still no kind of a response from them either way. They keep posting this job as if they have not had any applicants.

I applied for an Administrative Position in the Lawrenceville Area. I know they told me they were looking to open a site in Lawrenceville. I am really interested in this position and know that I will do a swell job maintaining the office. My question is "Why haven't I heard anything from Gentiva?" I have called a few times and I don't want to appear to be bugging them. I don't know if this is considered something to discuss or not.
