Parts Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Granby, COJuly 26, 2015
Was a fun job, learned lots about parts, met many different people from all the shops I delivered to. The hardest part was finding the parts in the warehouse and carrying heavy parts to and from the car.

A great Company to work for
Dispatcher/Customer Service (Former Employee), Bountiful, UTJuly 25, 2015
Pros: Teamwork
Enjoyed working in a team environment with great managers. Excellent Learning Environment which allows for many channels for personal growth.

The work experience in managing the drivers, creating performance reviews and ensuring proper delivery schedules were met and truck maintenance scheduling.

Inventory management within the store was a great a great assignment that allowed me to point out weaknesses in inventory management software that would help in identifying specific inventory variance and leading to understanding the causes.

worked with my co-workers to establish better inventory methods reducing the seek time significantly.

in the five years that I worked at the Bountiful, Utah store each and every day was exciting, interesting and learning experience.

Assistant Manager (Current Employee), Phoenix, AZJuly 22, 2015
Pros: Lots of sales incentives and customer appreciation
Cons: long days and weeks at a time without rest
Every day is a new experience. Lots challenges both physical and mental. Daily Quotas are established to support self growth and company image. Enjoying what one does best is knowing that you can thrive through challenges. Customer satisfaction brings value to your day. Having a well trained staff that supports your decision making at all costs and seeing your team members mature as they grow with the company are one of the many enjoyable experiences in this company. A positive attitude is something that can be shared with all. Daily warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving, inventory management, simple stock corrections and store merchandising are part of normal day.

Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Buford, GAJuly 21, 2015
we picked up parts from the counter and delivered them to the designated shops in the area. i learned that time is of the essence when delivering a customers order. management was friendly and very supportive. the co workers were always ready to help if you had any questions. the hardest part of the job was remembering and finding new ways to get to the customer faster. the job was enjoyable because you got to interact with different people outside the work place.

productive in organizing items with co workers
Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Greenwood, INJuly 20, 2015
Pros: bonused, free lunhes at times, good co workers
Cons: not enough time in the day to finish what you started
My typical day was going in earlier than the other employees to scan in the merchandise and trying to put it in inventory before the others got there, though it very seldon happened. Ability to arrange items in an organized manner with a couple of co workers, I learned that you needed to be fast at scanning in and putting up the merchandise. I had an awsome boss. Liked working with my co workers we chatted while we were putting up the parts. The hardest part of the job was keeping the merchandise in order, it seemed that in a few weeks a lot of the mercandise was not in the order that some of of us has put it.

Great Company for the long term. Very little turnover at the top of the organization leads to decisions that are best for the long term health of the company.

Learning new things everyday.
Delivery Driver (Current Employee), High Point, NCJuly 15, 2015
Pros: Hour lunches and paid holidays
Cons: overwhelming at times
Everyday is busy, learning more about the counter and inventory, Managers are great nice, and understanding. Will push to get what needs to be done for consumers and for employees. Everyone nice to work with and friendly to chat with. Hardest part in the job is being so caught up working and not sometimes being able to finish tasks. My most joyful part of the day is making the customers happy even if I wasn't able to get what they need from my store but in return showed them where they can.

Shuttle Driver/Delivery Driver/Cashier (Former Employee), Tyrone, PAJuly 14, 2015
Pros: Got discounts on the parts for my personal car
Cons: I never really got breaks but they always charged me for one
Drive from Phillipsburg to Tyrone store with parts, work counter and deliveries, than do the shuttle from warehouse to both stores. I learned how to inventory and keep records of parts between places, marking both shortages and overages. Management was fine, but payroll would short me on a couple paychecks. I became good friends with most of my co-workers. The hardest part of the job for me is when something got messed up the owners would always blame me whether or not it was my fault. The most enjoyable part was the interactions between myself and the garages that I delivered to.

Delivery Driver ( Good place to start )
Full time Delivery driver (Former Employee), 120th Ave, Thornton, COJuly 6, 2015
Pros: Lunch breaks, excellent full time pay, and wonderful manager.
Cons: Sometimes had to deal with co workers who were very disrespectful and needed direct confrontation.
A typical day at work normally would consist of helping out co workers stock items in the back part of the store. However once a delivery is needed, the dispatcher would immediately call and give you the name and location of where you are supposed to go deliver auto parts and accessories. Every day going out to deliver would demand face to face contact with customers. You would have to find ways to get to every customers as fast as possible without any traffic or road violations. You basically learn all your responsibilities as a driver and you are responsible to keeping your own vehicle or truck ( Company car ) cleaned and well maintained. You learn about different items in the store and about company policies and rules. The co workers I worked with were very friendly and the manager was very easy going and respectful. Sure there were a few disagreements every now and then but every one got along nicely. The hardest part of the Job however was having to find a way out of horrible traffic in order to get to a far distance customer and be able to make it back to work on time to do the rest of the deliveries.
The most enjoyable part of the job was getting along with co workers and customers who were very respectful and caring.
