Working at Genzyme

Anyone considering a job at Genzyme think twice and then tink it over once more. The culture at Genzyme is a stuffy one. I had a conversation with one of its HR people and all she talked about was the culture at Genzyme and how they were very, very, very particular about the type of people they bring onboard, so much so it made me wonder how they found enough people to get the work done. Anyway my final opinion was why would anyone want to work in a place where you had to walk on egg shells? Before this experience I had a very low opinion of HR personnel but these people really sunk whatever opinions I had left and left me feeling empty, kind of like the feeling you get an hour after eating chinese food. Sorry you ate it in the first place and hungry for something more substantial.
