The interview process consists of two or three interviews, generally
1) An optional phone interview if many candidate are not local.
2) An in person interview with a committee of 3-5 people
3) An interview with the hiring manager.

Interviews 2 and 3 either happen on the same day, or will happen on separate days with the committee only forwarding on the best candidates.

It has been too many years. But the questions are rarely unique or difficult.

When i have hired people, i have asked for practical exercises, but I have stopped engaging in hiring activity, and my example has not been widely followed
