Just inside our new Emergency Room doors are new rooms, equipment, and tools. A sense of pride in our facilities has furnished a solid foundation for providing the best, highest quality, and compassionate care. As our reputation for quality has grown we have been attracting more patients from Lexington. We hope that you as a healthcare professional would consider us too! As we continue to raise the bar we are growing and making room for more professionals to join our team.
We thought this was really cool thank you note. So our nurses displayed this banner front and center on our MedSurg unit.
This should give a small glimpse into our culture here. These ladies were excited enough about Halloween that they got together and planned a group outfit. Meet the 7 Dwarves in tutus! We just hope Sneezy didn't get into character too much while working with patients!
We are a community hospital dedicated to making our community healthier. We recently received the highest national marks for patient safety by Leapfrog a third party hospital ratings organization. When asked by a journalist about the impact of the rating our CEO verbally responded this way, “We take seriously our responsibility to provide high-quality, safe and compassionate care to all who enter our facility and will continue to look for ways that we can even further improve the care we provide and the overall patient experience.”
Additionally, we have been named as Best Places to Work in Kentucky. So beyond our history of providing excellence in healthcare we have been experiencing a positive movement in morale. Our spirits are high as we work with confidence that what we do is with highest quality, is being recognized for having positive impact in the community, and that we have full support and freedom from leadership to make the best decisions for patients.
Come join us! See why these ratings are a reflection of what we are doing here. See how we work to ensure every patient has a positive experience.
