Gerber collision & glass caters to there share holders and only there share holders. they have employees that have been loyal to fault for years and never had a raise. If you are not in the circle of upper management your just an expendable asset. many employees have come to work for Gerber on promise of great pay excellent work environment as well as state of the art equipment only to quit because they were " miss led " any perspective applicant need do there due diligence and find out what Gerber is truly all about.

Double estimates. They shave your time to the bare minimum. Terrible upper management that treats employees like bodies that are replaceable. They strictly cater to the insurance companies and could care less about the customer or the technician.
