The job is not all that difficult. Selling technology is fun and can enhance any business willing to invest. Having a brand name that no one has ever heard of is tough to even get your foot in the door. The structure of the company could be improved, and there should be some type of draw program for new employees, but other than that, if you have some money in the bank to live off of until you build your book of business, you can be successful. If cold-calling isn't for you, then you need to look elsewhere. This can be a grind, but once the sale start rolling in, it's well worth the effort.
