This dept within GHI are run by a bunch of idiots. They do not have a clue how to run a call center: adherence, quality etc. Management is afraid of the union -so they let union employee's do as they please and are clueless of why nothing is working well. Payroll is screwed up every week and no one knows how to correct it. Unless you want to go in and be the savior and change the world (with no one to back you up) then apply. Other wise stay far away from this company. They also want you to do more then what they are paying you for.
