Fun place... but as a contracted employee no benefits really, and no paid holidays or paid time off.
Pros: lots of lunch meetings, so occasional free food, and the above mentioned free food.
Cons: can be difficult to get hired as a permanent employee.
Depending on the department you contract with, you could have either erratic 80 hour workweeks or just a straight 40 hours.
It was a great company to work for as far as little perks... plenty of on site parking, security on site, ping pong table, self service cafe if you forgot lunch, breakfast once a month, bagel day twice a month, and free fresh fruit – more... once a month. All in all a great company to work for, if you can make it past the contractor glass ceiling lol. – less
