Cons: no breaks for most hourly employees, mismanaged, no job security
Very mismanaged, no job security as you can and will be let go for any or no reason. No room for advancement unless you have connections with the owners. No room for advancement for females in general. Too much is expected from employees, they are expected to take on the workload of 2 or 3 people without extra compensation. Management and owners play favorites. Difficult schedules which change with very little or no notice making anything outside of work difficult. Place is wired with cameras, microphones and management taps into phone calls all the time - even personal ones. Very bad place to work - I do not recommend.
