Give Something Back is actively searching for a Recruitment Specialist who will find talented Sales Professionals to join the GPOGSB. You will play a critical role in implementing innovative and creative sourcing and selection strategies to create a pipeline of high caliber talent to ensure that we are hiring the best possible talent to meet our aggressive growth goals. Job Description
The Sales Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to recruit high caliber sales talent from a variety of sources. This is a high volume, high touch role with an emphasis on hiring: Account Executives and Business Development Reps with experience in the B2B Sales Industry.

Primary Responsibilities
Reports directly to the COO and Human Resources Manager
Manage the entire sales recruiting process from prospecting to final interview stage
Use your expertise in inventive recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network
Lead candidate interviewing, selection, closing and various administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting
Cold call, screen and qualify prospective candidates; manage interview and offer processes, and conduct reference checks
Communicates with hiring managers and senior management to ensure staffing plans, candidate pipeline and achievement against hiring goals

3- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success recruiting for both mid-market and enterprise sales teams
Expertise in internet recruiting, sourcing products and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrated success recruiting sales roles in a high-volume hiring environment
Experience sourcing candidates through networking, LinkedIn, social media, University relations, etc.
Self motivation, strong time management, and organization skills
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and confidentiality
4 year University degree is preferred but not required
This position is 6months to 1 year assignment
