Supersvisor: Sharon Huston, Health Care Administrator

Description: Full-time position for a North Carolina RN with 1-2 years experience with staff education or adult education, preferably in a retirement community or other health care related setting. Position will report to the Health Care Administrator and will work primarily in conjunction with the DON in Health Care. Duties to include: campus-wide new hire orientation, campus-wide staff education/in-service, coordination and management of the employee immunization program of the organization. Programs will be geared toward staff education to assist the organization to maintain compliance with all current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facilities (continuing care retirement communities, nursing facility, home care and assisted living facilities).
