Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a Programmer/Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This new team member:
Follows approved life-cycle methodologies and collaborates with cross functional teams to design, code, test, debug, implement, and document web applications within the timelines provided.
Troubleshoots development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Assists with designing, developing, and updating databases as they relate to web applications.
Requirements
Successful candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of information systems, computer science or other related field required.
One or more years’ experience of work experience with structuring, developing, and implementing interactive web-based applications required, including demonstrated expertise in web solutions development using Java, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
One or more years’ experience with insurance automation applications in an insurance agency environment ideal.
