Pros: daily breaks and meals, usually the same time each day.
Cons: changing my hourly routine.
Usually hours from noon to 9pm at night. Closing kitchen. Learned to become more patient with others. Management was great at first, however; then changed. Most co-workers were descent. Dealing with disruptive students was the hardest part. Most satisfying was seeing students a number of months later in the workforce.
