Pros: very flexable with working with my availablily
Cons: no benefits, not paid time off, no vacation time
The company has taken over a previous employer. At the time of the take over we were promised more hours, higher rate of pay. That has not happened. I am disappointed that I have to seek other employment due to the lack of work.
I love my clients and work for them as if they were my family. Seeing the happiness I provide them warms my heart.
