A calm environment, slow office atmosphere yet plenty to do

A typical day at work was data etry, file organizing, answering client questions. what I learned was, in addition to my current skills, strong interpersonal skills while execution of time sensitive material while working directly with the lead recruiter of the Rockville office.
The hardest part of the job was making sure that I had proper work to accomplish because it was a smaller office with low office traffic, yet what I did enjoy about the job was gaining advacement in my skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

this was a horrible place where people were treated like they were owned by the company. the management is terrible-they actually stole commissions from their employees...even though we were recruiters we were not able to use the computer several hours a day...this was a good old boys environment...people were not safe...
