The most professional working experience in Human Resourses I ever had
Human Resources Assistant Manager (Former Employee) – Olathe, KS – July 25, 2016
Priority was a understood standard. Following the rules and guidelines made H/R and recruiting a management dream. I learned that putting your best foot forward allowed you to excel in your position. A typical day was to know that you came home with the satisfaction of employing specific job set skills to candidates with great benefits to forward their family and financial well being. My supervisor was the most knowledgeable level headed man. He was like a mentor. The most challenging part of my position was that I was H/R to employees in different airlines around the country so it did not get a face to face unless I would travel there, which I did for OSHA requirement inspections.
